PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a valve included angle in a stable fuel form even with respect to variations in pitch accuracy. SOLUTION: At the tip of a valve element, there are continuously provided a first conical portion 10B serving as a valve 10A for closing a valve seat 9A, a second conical portion 10C extending from the first conical portion 10B to a tip A, and a third conical portion 10D extending from the second conical portion 10C further to the tip A. A conical angle C of the first conical portion 10B is less than a conical angle D of the second conical portion 10C; and the conical angle D is less than a conical angle E of the third conical portion 10D. A distance L between the top 10E of the third conical portion 10D and the rear end surface 12D of a measuring plate 12 is less than 1.5ϕd1. A difference between a diameterϕD1 of a valve seat hole 9C and a circumscribed circle diameterϕD2 of measuring holes 12A and 12B opened to the rear end surface 12D is expressed by the following inequality:ϕd1/2<=ϕD1-ϕD2<2/3ϕd1.
