The remote system for controlling, informing and saving patients susceptible of suffering from myocardial infarction, the purpose of which is to monitor and control patients from a distance, is provided with emission means placed on the patient and functionally associated with information reception and processing means, thereby defining a central information unit wherein are recorded data and diagnosis information, said central information unit being linked to mobile emergency and life-saving units which can transfer the patient to a hospital, if required. There are provided national units which can assume functions such as controlling and covering territories which are not assigned to the central information unit, and even international units for coordinating the above units. |
