PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a neutralizing unit for drain produced by an auxiliary heat exchanger for latent heat recovery. SOLUTION: A drain recovery unit 8 is provided which recovers drain produced by an auxiliary heat exchanger 6 provided in a path for exhaust gas after heat exchange in a main heat exchanger 5 and which leads out the drain outside the exhaust gas path. A degassing promoting unit 17 for promoting the degassing of a carbon dioxide gas dissolved in the drain is disposed at an intermediate portion of a drain flow passage 10 extending from the downstream of the drain recovery unit 8 to a discharge port of a neutralizing unit 11. |
