PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove paper chips adhered on a charged roller for removing paper chips generated in a picture image forming device by absorbing them electrostatically effectively from the charged roller. SOLUTION: It is a paper chip removing device of a picture image forming device which is provided with a charged roller 4 of which peripheral face is made of a charged member and a friction member 5 which comes into slide- contact with the peripheral face of the charged roller 4 and charges it in a paper conveyance passage 7 which connects a paper supply tray 1 with an image forming system and absorbs paper chips of transfer paper onto the charged roller 4 electrostatically. A cleaning roller 6 provided with an adhesive raw material on its peripheral face is provided on the peripheral face of the charged roller 4 by bringing it into contact with the peripheral face thereof. The cleaning roller 6 rotates together with the charged roller 4 to absorb paper chips adhered on the charged roller by its adhesive force. |
