PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent outflow of indoor air and inflow of air from other rooms by providing a sensor which detects a pressure difference between the inside and the outside of a room and a control part which controls an exhaust means on the basis of a sensor output. SOLUTION: When a blower 10 for circulation of supply air and a blower 13 for exhaust are operated, indoor air is let in from an indoor inlet 2 as shown by an arrow A and part of it is exhausted from an outdoor discharge port 7 by the blower 13 for exhaust as shown by an arrow B, while the rest joins outdoor air in a prescribed quantity supplied from an indoor inlet 5 through a fixed-air-quantity damper 12 as shown by an arrow C and is passed through a coil 11 for heating/cooling by the blower 10 for circulation of supply air, heated or cooled by the coil and discharged into a room 9 as shown by an arrow D. Thus, ventilation and air conditioning are conducted at the same time. On the occasion, a pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the room 9 detected by a static pressure sensor 14 is sent as a signal to a control part 15 and the blowing capacity of the blower 13 for exhaust is regulated by the control part 15 so that the inside of the room 9 be kept at a prescribed pressure. |
