PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perfrom a signal processing without necessitating a synchronization processing by matching detection response characteristics at the time of detecting plural kinds of signals simultaneously. SOLUTION: As to the single type photodetector 12 and two photodetectors 13a, 13b in the bisected type photodetector 13 constituting a composite type differential detector 11, the light receiving surface ratio of respective light receiving parts is set to be almost 1:1:1. Then, respective response characteristics are made to be matched by eliminating the response delay among signals to be obtained from these three detectors 12, 13a, 13b while making response speed characteristics of these detectors 12, 13a, 13b roughly coincide. |
