PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fitting metal tools which does not widen a clearance even when it is inserted into the clearance, by bending the breadthwise middle part of steel plates stepwise so that the basal part and the front end part are extended to opposite directions along the whole length and erecting the basal part at one side of the base plate and fixing it and further, gradually making lower the steel plate flap from one end to the other end. SOLUTION: Both sides of a base plate 9 are bent parallelly downward to form guides 10. Then steel plate flaps 11 are erected at both sides of the upper face of the base plate 9 and the middle parts 15 of the flaps 11 are bent toward the central part of the base plate 9 at right angles and also the front end sides of the bends are bent at right angles to the upper direction of the base plate 9. And then, respective steel plate flaps 11 are bent stepwise so that the basal part 16 and the front end part 17 are stretched to mutually opposite directions. The width of the middle part 15 are made parallel along the whole length. In this case, the height of the front ends of both steel plate flaps 11 are equally inclined and one end side of the length becomes lower. And hence, the stepwise bent part brings out the spring action to the extending direction of the basal part 16 and the front end part 17. In this way, when this fixing metal tools is inserted in the clearance from the lower side of the metallic flap 11, the basal part is pressed and the clearance is not widened. |
