PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce spontaneous magnetization and improve CSS characteristics by including Fe2 O3 and Cr2 O3 . SOLUTION: Fe2 O3 is mixed with 25-40mol% Cr2 O3 , <=20mol% Se2 O3 , <=5mol% Mn2 O3 , <=10mol% Al2 O3 , <=5mol% ZrO2 or <=10mol% SnO2 and the mixture is calcined to afford a solid solution and the solid solution is formed and sintered. |
