PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and efficiently remove the eyeballs of a squid. SOLUTION: The head part 7 of a squid is fixed in a state nipped with width-correcting plates 5, 5. The passing holes 11a, 11b of an eyeball-removing drill 13 are formed at positions corresponding to the eyeballs of the squid. Vanes 15a, 15b having blades are rotatably attached to a forward or backward- movable eyeball-removing drill 13 capable of passing through the passing holes 11a, 11b. The vanes 15a, 15b have truncated cone shapes, respectively, wherein their tapered surfaces are disposed in mutually faced postures. During the reciprocated movements of the eyeball-removing drill 13, the eyeballs 9a, 9b are removed. |
