PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mechanically surely remove the bill of a squid by inserting between the arms of the squid a removing drum made by coaxially attaching two discs to a rotation shaft in a tapered state and subsequently disposing a blade between the discs, and subsequently rotating the removing drum. SOLUTION: A removing drum 13 is formed by attaching two discs 15, 15 to the same rotation shaft 17 in a tapered state, and subsequently disposing a blade 19 between the discs. The removing drum 13 is inserted between the arms 27 of a squid 3, and subsequently rotated in the direction of the arrow. Only by the rotation of the removing drum 13, the arms 27 are opened, and the bill 25 is removed. |
