PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To earn a high precision two-dimensional tomographic image, by correcting instrumental errors in measurements caused by after-glow of semiconductor detectors. SOLUTION: A subject 3 to be measured is radiated by a fan-formed X-ray 6 generated by many X-ray tube-bulbs 2. An X-ray tube bulb 2 which radiates a fan-formed X-ray 6 is activated in serial order along a perimeter and the activation makes a round. A detector 4 outputs detected signal K on receiving X-ray transmitted through the subject 3. A data recording apparatus 9 records detected signal K when X-ray is radiated and also records detected signal K of when X-ray is not radiated after one round of activated radiation is completed. A data processing apparatus 10 makes correction of deducting data of a non-radiation round from those of an activated radiation round, then it draws a tomographic image based on the corrected data.
