PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cut pile cloth by using a synthetic fiber equipped with a flexible touch feeling and a strong body simultaneously, good in spinning property and extremely low in omission of a function medicine. SOLUTION: This pile cloth contains fibers having a 4 branch-shaped cross section satisfying the following (i) to (iv) as cut piles: (i) The tip and middle parts of each of the branch shows a swelling shape mediated by a constricted part, (ii) A constriction ratio expressed by r0 /1min is 1.5-3.5 in the case of expressing a diameter of an inscribed circle of the swelling part of the branch part as r0 and a minimum width of the constricted part as 1min , (iii) The constricted part is split over >=0.1mm from the tip end of a cut pile and <=1/3 length of the pile length, (iv) An anti-acarid agent is attached to at least to the constricted part. |
