PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition excellent in mechanical properties, moldability (deformation rate), hinge flexural characteristics and continuous moldability, and to obtain a molded product by using the above composition. SOLUTION: This resin composition comprises 60-90wt.% of a polyamide and 40-10wt.% of a poyloefin. When a molding evaluation of this resin is conducted in such a way that this resin composition is injected into a cylindrical injection molding mold of 25mm outer diameter×195mm inner diameter×30mm length and the resultant molded product is demolded with an ejection pin 1.5mm diameter, the following conditions (1) to (3) are satisfied: ((a) is the lower limit molding pressure (MPa); (b) is the molding pressure at the beginning of gas scorch occurrence (MPa); (c) is the limiting cooling time (sec) so as not to develop the deformation of a molded piece when ejected, and (d) is heating loss (%)) (1) (b)>=1.3(a)+13, (2) (c)<=8 [molding temperature is (the melting point of the polyamide + 20 deg.C), the molding operation is made under a mold temperature ofd 25 deg.C, and (a) satisfies the relationship: 5<=(a)<=40 MPa.], and (3) (d)<=1.5 [determined at a temperature of (the melting point of the polyamide + 15 deg.C) using TGA under a nitrogen gas flow]. |
