PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate an operation for referring to plural states and to perform display with improved visibility by combining the plural states. SOLUTION: This device is provided with setting means 11, 12 and 13 for setting the procedure of measurement contents and judgement contents and the form of the list display of judged results, a measurement means 14 for executing plural measurements corresponding to the procedure predetermined by the setting means, a judgement means 15 for performing judgement predetermined by the setting means 11-13 for respective measured values obtained by the measurement means 14 and display means 19 and 20 for listing and displaying the judged results obtained by the judgement means 15 by the form predetermined by the setting means 11-13.
