PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve connecting properties of laminated mats, winding properties of a making roll and peeling and developability by forming a slurry containing a specific raw material mixture for inorganic boards into a sheet, laminating the formed sheet, cutting the resultant laminated and the curing and hardening the cut laminate. SOLUTION: This inorganic board is obtained by dispersing 5-20wt.% raw material mixture for the inorganic board prepared by mixing 1-5wt.% fibrous material with 0.5-2wt.% sepiolite in water, providing a slurry, then forming the resultant slurry into a sheet M with a sheet forming machine 6, winding the formed sheet M onto a making roll 1, laminating the sheet M until the thickness attains 4-18mm, then rotating arms 5 of the making roll 1, cutting and peeling the laminated mat LM with a wire 4, developing the cut laminated mat LM on a conveyor 7, providing a laminated mat LM, curing the resultant laminated mat LM in an atmosphere at 90-100wt.% relative humidity and 50-85 deg.C for 7-24hr in an autoclave and hardening the laminated mat LM. |
