PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop an IC (semiconductor integrated circuit) from being moved inside a pocket on an IC-holding tray by shaking or vibration of the tray involved in the transportation, handling or the like so as to prevent deformation of the leads of the IC. SOLUTION: An IC is received in a recessed part 7a which is open in a seating bed 8, the IC is supported at each corner by a seating surface 7e of a seating bed 8 on which the underside of the corner is put, rising surfaces 7b, 7c of the seating bed 8 are put against the side walls of two adjoining sides of a corner, the recessed part 7a of the seating bed 8 is lidded with a lid board 9 in a manner of putting the lid board 9 on the top surface of the corner of the IC. As a result, the corner of the IC is stopped from being moved in any of four ways, i.e., up and down and right and left. |
