PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to know the aspects of facilities, sighting spots, etc., in an arbitrary period by displaying the aspect of the substance at the present date and time. SOLUTION: The present date arid time are acquired by a calendar watch 30 and are stored into the date and time variable of a RAM 22 and the aspects of the substance at the date and time indicated by the date and time variable are displayed on a map. In such a case, the map information on the periphery of the position indicated by the display position variable of the RAM 22 is read into the map information buffer of a ROM 22 by a CD-ROM drive 27. The map is plotted into a frame memory 28 by a display control section 29. The substance information on the peripheral of the position indicated by the display position of the RAM 22 is read into the substance information buffer of the RAM 22 by the CD-ROM drive 27. Next, the respective period condition fields of the substance record indicated by the pointer of the RAM 22 are investigated and the aspects of the substance for the date and time indicated by the date and time variable of the RAM 22 are determined. The aspects of the substance not only in the usable period of the substance and season periods but at the present date and time as well are displayed. |
