<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve simulating accuracy by efficiently and accurately performing input of the data of the shape or the arrangement of facilities for each facility in order to display the operating state. SOLUTION: A reading unit 2 to which a factory facility information data base 6 is connected reads the facility information in which facility performance is described. A shape forming unit 3 to which a facility shape data base 7 is connected extracts an outline of the facility from the facility shape information in which the shape of the facility is described, and forms the facility shape to be displayed on a screen. An operation defining unit 4 defines the operation of the facility shape formed in the shape forming unit 3 and reflects the facility performance of the facility information. In a production line constituting unit 5, the facility shapes in which facility performance of respective facilities are reflected are combined with each other, and simulation of the whole production line is performed.</p> |
