The fitting has a standard male connector (1) at the top of its upper part (2) extending into a threaded tube (11) for adjustment in height using a threaded washer (5) according to the type of glassware used. A lock nut (6) secures the tube through which wires are taken between end-protecting sleeves (7). In the base (3) of the package a central hole accepts a nut or bolt (9) for a handle enabling the device to be used with an "up-and-down" pendant or a transparent glass or acrylic cover.
