PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enabling the removing step out of a rolling up reel to be performed without interrupting the part removing work by a method wherein a separating member is quick disconnectably fitted to the main body part fitted with a feeding means while a rolling up reel of the stripped cover tape is fitted to the separating member. SOLUTION: A tape feeding reel 23 is rotatably fitted to a separating board 26 as a separating member while a rolling up reel 34 for rolling out the cover tape 30 fed out of a pair of rotating rollers 32, 33 is rotatably provided on the separating board 26. Besides, a sprocket 28 forming a feeding means is fitted to the right end part of the main body part 27 of the part feeder 5 so that a part containing tape 24 rolled up around the tape feeding reel 23 may be led out to the position capable of being engaged with the sprocket 28 to depress the part containing tape 24 with a stripping board 31 for stripping the cover tape 30 to be rolled up around the rolling up reel 34. Through these procedures, the cover tape 30 can be removed without interrupting the operation at all. |
