PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid deterioration in sound quality by reducing a mechanical load exerted to a piezoelectric diaphragm due to stiffness of lead wires in the piezoelectric receiver. SOLUTION: A piezoelectric diaphragm 10 formed by adhering a piezoelectric element with electrodes to both sides of a piezoelectric ceramics to a metallic plate is contained in a package consisting of a case 11 and a rear plate 12. Terminal supports 11a, 12a are integrally formed to the package and a couple of metallic terminals 15 are fixed to the terminal support 11a. The piezoelectric diaphragm 10 and the metallic terminal 15 are interconnected electrically by a couple of lead wires 14. Since no external force is exerted to the lead wires 14, a thin, and then, with a small stiffness is enough to be employed for the lead wires 14. |
