PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an information notice to a notice opposite party with an optimum power at all times by controlling dynamically the power of information notice depending on a circumstance of a surrounding environment. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a sound volume control means 3 controlling an incoming tone volume and a reception tone volume for a voice input output means 2 and with a surrounding sound volume detection means 4 detecting a surrounding sound volume as a factor to disturb information notice. The surrounding sound volume detection means 4 always detect surrounding sound noise to provide a surrounding sound detection section indicating the magnitude of sound noise to the sound volume control means 3. The sound volume control means 3 controls the incoming call tone volume and the reception tone volume based on the surrounding sound detection signal. Thus, the surrounding state including a factor disturbing a notice of information outputted externally is detected and when the detected surrounding state includes the factor disturbing the information notice to an opposite party, the power of the information notice is dynamically increased. Thus, the information is notified in a state that the sufficient information notice power is ensured. |
