PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminate type electrophotographic photoreceptor capable of suppressing image noise at the time of reversal development even in the case of use under severe conditions. e.g. in an environment at high temp. and humidity. SOLUTION: An anodically oxidized coating film of 3-12μm average thickness is formed on the surface of an Al substrate by anodic oxidation and an electric charge generating layer and an electric charge transferring layer are formed on the surface of the coating film to obtain an electrophotographic photoreceptor. In this photoreceptor, the product (Ym×d) of the average thickness (d) of the anodically oxidized coating film and admittance (Ym) is regulated to >=5×10<-10> S.m.
