PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high security by providing a radio tag storing his or her own identification data in a name card and allowing a security terminal to communicate with the radio tag to judge the permission or rejection of the starting of a special function. SOLUTION: The name card 1 is provided with a name card main body 11 in which individual information is written and the radio tag 12 equipped for the main body 11 to radio-output previously stored individual identification data R corresponding to a collating request signal S radio-received from the external security terminal 2. The security terminal 2 starts a previously decided special function 231a to output discrimination data from an output device 28. Then as the permission/rejection of the starting of the special function is judged by the communication of the security terminal 2 with the radio tag 12, secret data in not leaked to a third party even when a key or an ID card for a password is left behind because of operator's carelessness. |
