<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cutting distance by laser trimming in resistance value correction, by making the width between electrodes to be printed and formed smaller toward the peripheral part than the central part in the direction vertical to the direction of a printing squeegee of an insulating board. SOLUTION: The film thickness of a resistor formed on an alumina substrate 101 by a printing squeegee can not be uniform, so that irregularity is generated in the resistance value. As to the resistance value distribution in the direction vertical to the direction of a printing squeezee, when the resistance value of the substrate central part is R, a resistance value increases toward the peripheral part, and the resistance value R' of the outermost part is R'=1.1R which gives the highest resistance value. In order to cope with the irregularity of the resistance value, an electrode 103 is formed in the following manner. The electrode width in the substrate central part is L. The electrode width l is so adjusted that the width l satisfies a relation of l=(R/R')×L and becomes l=0.9L in the outermost periphery. A resistor is so formed that a part of the resistor overlaps with an electrode 103.</p> |
