<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components and to improve the performance of a rotating transformer that is used for a magnetic recording and reproducing device. SOLUTION: A terminal 6 made of aromatic polyester liquid crystal polymer, on the outer surfaces of which protrusions 6a and 6b are plated, is joined with an adhesive to a ferrite core 7 that is mounted with a coil 8. The rotary transformer 9 is formed with soldering the terminals of the coil 8 to the protruding parts 6a and 6b of the terminal 6. The rotary transformer 9 is joined to the fixed drum with the adhesive and the protruding parts are soldered to the circuit board.</p> |
