摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of a fan and increase the charging capacity and discharging capacity of a secondary battery by computing the inner temperature of the battery from the surface temperature of the secondary battery and the fan output and carrying out blowing control of the fan and the charging and discharging control of the battery using the computed value. SOLUTION: A secondary battery 1 is connected with a charging apparatus 3 and a discharging apparatus 4 through a junction box 2, the surrounding of the battery 1 is covered with a case 8, and temperature control of the battery 1 is carried out by an air blowing fan 6. The temperature of the battery 1 itself and the ambient temperature of the surrounding of the battery 1 are constantly measured by a battery temperature sensor 7a and an air temperature sensor 7b. With this constitution, respectively measured signals of the battery temperature sensor 7a and the air temperature sensor 7b are sent to a controller 5, the highest temperature of the battery is detected based on the surface temperature of the battery 1, the air blowing quantity of the fan 6, the temperature of the blown air, and the inner and outer temperature difference ratio of the battery 1, and control signals are sent to the charging apparatus 3, the discharging apparatus 4, and the fan 6. As a result, charging capacity and discharging capacity of the secondary battery 1 can be increased.</p>
