<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely grasp a secular change from multiple operation state values by obtaining an average value through the use of the operation state value in a short period after the lapse of time on the operation state value after the lapse of time, setting it to be the value after the lapse of time and relatively comparing it with an initial reference value. SOLUTION: The value of average turbine internal efficiency is obtained from a state value in the short period T01 immediately after an operation is started and it is set to be the initial reference value H0 . Turbine internal efficiency at arbitrary time Ti containing arbitrary time Ti is set to be secular change quantityΔηby obtaining the average value H1 from the state value in the short period t1 containing arbitrary time Ti and obtaining a difference with the average value Hi at arbitrary time Ti . Measured values by the same constant design units are compared for the average reference value H0 and the average value Hi at arbitrary time Ti . Thus, secular change quantity can more precisely be grasped from a state value having variance by managing such an operation state.</p> |
