PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the partial deterioration in recovery efficiency in recovering toner from being caused in the case the sticking amount of the recovered toner on a cleaning member is uneven in the axial direction of the cleaning member by oppositely arranging a leveling member leveling the toner recovered by the cleaning member in the axial direction of the cleaning member to the surface of the cleaning member. SOLUTION: The leveling blade 18 leveling the toner recovered by the cleaning member in the axial direction of the cleaning member is oppositely arranged to the cleaning member consisting of a cleaning roller 12, and extended in the axial direction in parallel with the cleaning member. The blade 18 is constituted of an elastic body, for example, rubber, and levels and uniformizes the recovered toner T2 carried on the roller 12 and fed in the rotating direction of the roller 12 in the axial direction when the residual toner T1 remaining after transfer on a photoreceptor 1 is recovered by rotating the roller 12 in a counter direction (direction shown by an arrow) to the rotating direction of the photoreceptor 1. |
