PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize excellent characteristics such as inductance and Q-value in a specified high frequency region, by using material wherein a part of cobalt of cobalt-barium-strontium based ferrite is substituted by copper. SOLUTION: Magnetic material wherein a part of cobalt of cobalt-barium- strontium based ferrite is substituted by copper is used. The material is grounded, binder or the like is added and paste is obtained. The paste and conductor like a silver wire are alternately printed, or ceramic sheets are formed and laminated while conductor is formed on the sheet. The laminate is cut in a specified size and baked. Terminal electrodes are formed on the baked body, and a multilayer inductor is obtained. Thereby a multilayer inductor for high frequency which can obtain excellent characteristics in a high frequency region higher than or equal to 200MHz can be obtained. |
