摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To omit a molding process in CV cable connecting work by means of BMJ by bonding the external surface of a cable insulator to the internal surface of a pre-mold reinforcing insulator with an adhesive made of polyolefine which can be bridged by water. SOLUTION: A clearance A is provided between the external surfaces of cable insulators 3, 3a and the internal surface of a pre-mold reinforcing insulator 10 in BMJ so that usual assembly can be conducted easily. The external surfaces of the cable insulators 3, 3a and the internal surface of the pre-mold reinforcing insulator 10 are bonded to each other and indivisibly integrated by filling the clearance A with an adhesive which is made of water-bridged type polyolefine, thus becoming one united body. The adhesive consisting of water-bridged type polyolefine may contain silanol condensation catalyst, in which case it is important that it does not touch water or moisture during storage or disuse. The quantity of silanol condensation catalyst suitable to be used is 0.01-0.5 per water- bridged type polyolefine of 100 parts is suitable for to use.</p>
