PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve impedance characteristics in a high frequency region, by substituting a part of cobalt in magnetic material of cobalt-barium-strontium based ferrite by copper. SOLUTION: In cobalt-barium-strontium based magnetic material, a part of Co is substituted by copper. Magnetic ceramic material is manufactured by an ordinary process of weighing, mixing, calcination and grinding. Binder or the like is added to the material, which is turned into the state of paste. A conducting member like a silver wire is made a core, the material in the state of paste is extrusion-molded, and a molded object is cut in a specified size and baked. Terminal electrodes are formed on the baked object, and a bead inductor is obtained. Thereby excellent characteristics can be obtained in a high frequency region at 500MHz or higher, the baking temperature is made 1000 deg.C or lower, the selection width of conductor is increased, manufacturing is facilitated, and cost can be reduced. |
