PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser oscillator having a stable output and enabling the increase of the output. SOLUTION: This oscillator has a plurality of discharge sections, each oscillating a light of stimulated emission to output to outside, windows 36a-36f between the adjacent discharge sections and laser gas feed ports 34a-34d and outlet ports 35a-35d are provided at the discharge sections. The outputs at the discharge sections are equalized to stabilize the output emitted outside and increase the output. |
