<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the electronic filing device which can easily know the reception of data by FAX communication and the contents of a document. SOLUTION: Document data received by a FAX adapter 8 are recorded in an external storage device 6 and a reduced image of the received document data is displayed on a display 1. Further, the reduced image of the data is erased each time specific operation regarding the data displayed as the reduced image is performed, and only a reduced image of received document data which are not processed is displayed at all times to efficiently process a received document without an error.</p> |
