PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system capable of constructing highly reliable network so that a control station cannot be operated even when call connection requests are congested. SOLUTION: When a call connection processing a reception signal analysis processing in a control station 1 exceed a prescribed value, the control station 1 changes the received frequency by the control of a call processor and information of the change frequency is transmitted only to a specified reception station 2 selected by the control station 2. The reception station 2 where the signal is received changes a transmission frequency addressed to the control station 1 in a modulation/demodulation device by using frequency information. When the call connection request from the reception station 2 is congested, call connection request reception in the control station 1 is restricted, the control station is avoided so that it cannot be operated and the highly reliable network can be constructed. |
