PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which displays the presence of a forgetfully left document on the display of a host computer if the document is present on a document mount means when a print or copy request is made by the host computer. SOLUTION: The image forming device has the host computer 2, a printer 4, a copying machine 6, and a document supply device 5 which conveys a document printed by the printer 4 to an automatic document conveying device 10 of the copying machine 6, and is equipped with a control means which controls copying operation according to a copy command from the host computer 2. This control means outputs a forgotten document signal to the host computer 2 when a document is left on the document mount means of the automatic document conveyance device 10 and the host computer 2 when inputting the forgotten document signal from the control means displays the presence of the forgotten document on its display. |
