PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent illegal cash management while improving operability by inserting a card to a card reader, detecting cash management information to be recorded and instructing the execution of cash management designated by means of the detected cash management information against a cash collecter. SOLUTION: The card owned by a cash manager is inserted into the card reader 13 and cash management information to be recorded in the card is detected by a detecting means 14 in accordance with recording data of the card. By receiving this, an instructing means 19 instructs the execution of cash management designated by cash management information which the detecting means 14 detects against the cash collecter 11 and, then, the cash collecter 11 executes the instructed cash management by receiving it. Thus, the cash management by a person who does not own the card is surely executed so that operability is improved. |
