SERIAL-PARALLEL CONVERTING CIRCUIT AND SYNCHRONIZATION CIRCUIT OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely recover synchronization in a short time at the time of an asynchronization state in the midst of an operation with respect to the serial/ parallel converting circuit and its synchronization circuit. SOLUTION: The plural serial/parallel converting circuits 1 and 2 are constituted of independent IC chips and are the ones to be operated by mutual synchronization. An asynchronization detecting means 3 compares the phases of the frequency-division clock signals of the serial/parallel converting circuits 1 and 2 so as to detect the asynchonization state. At the time of the asynchronization state, a recovering means 4 changes the phases of the frequency-division clock signal of the serial/parallel converting circuit 2 so as to recover the serial/ parallel converting circuits 1 and 2 to be the synchronization state.
