PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stroboscope device capable of preventing inconvenience caused by an electric charge remaining in the capacitor of a stroboscope. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a charging device 14 for storing the charge and a first discharge route for allowing the charge discharged by the charging device 14 to pass through a light emitting part 15, when a discharge instruction is issued by a discharge signal generator 12. In this case, the device is further provided with switches 114 and 115 turned on at fixed timing and a second discharge route for allowing the stored charge of the charging device to pass, in such a manner that the light emitting part is avoided, when the switches 114 and 115 are turned on. |
