A head for the application of composite bands, of the type which has a compacting group which incorporates rollers intended to press on a composite band to make it conform to the corresponding piece, the head having a pair of rollers (12.1) and (12.2) mounted in diametrical opposition on a gyratory support, each roller (12.1) or (12.2) being formed by a multiplicity of identical pieces (2.4) which are maintained in position by tubular pipes (12.5) from which a pressurized fluid flows. |
