<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable small-quantity, many-kind efficient production similarly to conventional FMS and eliminate problem points such as complexity of program generation for a production process and deadlock occurrence due to a robot fault. SOLUTION: When seed data 20 indicating target operation are inputted to a computer 1, the computer 1 communicates with a hardware robot through a communication network 3 to perform the target operation cooperatively and also selects plural hardware robots 5, 6, 7, and 8 which are not in operation based upon other seed data. The seed data are inputted to at least one of them, e.g. the hardware robot 5 to constitute a software robot 21. This generated software robot 21 places the hardware robots 5, 6, 7, and 8 in operation and when the target operation is completed, the seed data 20 are collected from the hardware robot 5 to which the data were inputted.</p> |
