PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform the mounting and connection of a filter element at a low cost and preclude application of stress to the element and its connection part even with varying environmental temp. by connecting the filter element using an anisotropic conductor. SOLUTION: A plurality of contact pins 2 made of a conductive material are implanted in an insulative housing 1. A box-shaped shield case 5 made from metal plate is fitted fast on the periphery of the housing 1. A through type capacitor 3 in a ring shape having electrode surfaces at the top and the bottom is fitted on each contact pin 2 and is resiliently contacted and connected between the middle step part 2A of the contact pin 2 and the shield case 5 by an anisotropic conductor 4 having resilience.
