PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always smoothly and quickly perform retraction to a target speed of a motor during close loop control, when the motor is switched from open loop control to close loop control. SOLUTION: In an integrated control part 16, a switch 18 is turned on during open loop control, speed error voltage generated by an open-loop-controlling error value generating part 17 is input to an error offset holding part 144. When switched to a close loop control by the integrated control part 16, an error offset value held in the error offset holding part 144 is used by a loop filter 14, since the speed error voltage is generated to be output, this speed error voltage is almost equal to speed error voltage corresponding to a target speed in accordance with a load of a motor generated in the end almost during open loop control. Accordingly, speed error voltage input to a motor driven amplifier 2 just after switching always obtains a proper value making a motor 4 at a target speed, so that the motor 4 can be smoothly and quickly retracted to the target speed. |
