PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device for power capable of preventing the omission of overheating signals or the like at the interval of the pulses of two voltages. SOLUTION: In this integrated circuit device for the power provided with a temperature monitoring circuit 23 to which the power is supplied by input signal pulses, the overheating signals are stored inside the capacitor 52 (30 picofarad) of small capacity and it is ensured that the overheating signals or the like are not omitted at the interval of the pulses of two input voltages at a frequency higher than about 16kHz. In order to store the input voltage Vcc required for supplying the power to the overheating monitoring circuit 23, the capacitor 61 (100 picofarad) of larger electric capacity is added as well. |
