The method involves forming a thin film by coating a black pigment particle on organic silicon compound and a formation liquid containing high boiling point polarity solvent, on the surface of a glass substrate. Then, patterning of the thin film is carried out and electrodes developed after exposing. When the substrate is baked, a SiO2 layer is formed by the photosensitive organic silicon compound. |
