PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize a transformer by reducing the area occupied by a lead holding device which holds and fixes several leads extending from the winding in an inner body of the transformer. SOLUTION: A spacer conventionally placed between leads a and b for ensuring an insulating distance between the leads a and b is eliminated. Instead of the spacer, slots 3a and 3b are bored in a lead fixing member 2 with a space corresponding to an insulating distance specified in consideration of the potential difference between the leads a and b and the dielectric constant of an insulating medium in a tank. The leads a and b are fitted in the slots 3a and 3b. The lead fixing member 2 is mounted on a lead holding column 1 by an insulating bolts 4.
|
