<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate incorporating of a menu or an object in a displayed perfect image at the time of being observed as a virtual image by incorporating many visual displays in mounting of a photoelectronic package. SOLUTION: A transparent central part 27 of a main surface 29 is formed on an attaching substrate 25, and many light emitting element display chips are arranged to be connected by vamp bonding. A first light emitting element display chip 28 consisting of a first array light emitting element is constituted so as to light emit within the range of a further longer wavelength, e.g. red/ orange color. An additional light emitting element display chip 30 consisting of an additional array light emitting element is constituted so as to light emit within the range of a further shorter wavelength, e.g. blue/green color. In such a manner, two light emitting element display chips 28, 30 exist in the photoelectronic package, and thus, many perfect images are generated, and these images are connected, and a multi-color display picture is formed.</p> |
