Rapid assembly containment for high risk industrial plant

The containment for high risk industrial plant (1) has a supporting structure (11) forming a tunnel surrounding the plant (1) and is made of 3D pyramidal elements assembled together, each made from steel tubes. A sealing confinement envelope (12) is fixed over one of the faces of the structure (11). Each end of the structure has closing end walls with a seal made between the base of the structure, the end walls and the ground. Also claimed is the production of the above containment where most of the modular construction is assembled in a low risk area then the structure is moved along a rolling track (35) into position and sealed.
