The support comprises a sheet which is cut out from a sheet of cardboard. It has circular closed contours (11,21,31), of different sizes, cut out in its upper surface. Similar auxiliary circular contours (12,22,32) are cut out in the lower surface of the sheet. The support has two sheets and the main contours are cut out in the upper sheet (100) and the auxiliary contours are cut out in the lower sheet (101). The two sheets are folded along a central fold line (103) and fixed together by a layer of adhesive or an adhesive film.
