PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the loads of signal lines and coupling ability between the signal lines and to reduce signal noises by dividing a plurality of logic paths and performing encoding. SOLUTION: The logic paths are low-order divided (902) into groups composed of the N(N>2) logic paths and the respective groups composed of the N pieces of the logic paths are encoded (904). As a result, by the expression of a prescribed coupling of the N pieces of the logic paths, the prescribed one of 2N signal lines is expressed (906), the simultaneous expression of the two or more of 2N signal lines is defined (908) as invalid and the precharge of the signal lines is made possible (910) by the simultaneous non-expression of all the 2N signal lines. Thus, the encoding of the plural logic paths is made possible by a 1-out-of-2N form. |
